Backend Update

– Download latest source from Codecanyon.
– There is application folder.
– You backend that folder on your server and then upload whole application folder.

SQL Update

– You need to check is there any SQL update at previous version?
– If have you need to run for those SQL update query at existing DB so it won’t lost you existing data.
